Fees to Tenants

• Holding Deposit (per tenancy) — One week’s rent
• Tenancy Deposit – One month of the rent
• Related to loss of keys: Actual cost of replacement key or Security device to be paid.
• Late Payment of rent (14 days after rent is due): 3% above Bank of England base rate
• Changes to a tenancy fee with cap: NIL
• Early termination fee: NIL
